Ann Coulter and Single Parents

I’ve been reading blog and after blog that has consistently misquoted and assumed much about Ann Coulter’s latest tomb, “Guilty:  Liberal “Victims” and Their Assault on America”.  I must admit, I, too, dislike Ann’s tone and delivery.  The truth is, it gets her an outstanding paycheck and we’d all be lying if we said we didn’t understand that.  It doesn’t excuse it, but it does, in fact, explain it. 

With all that being said, most of what she says in the book simply can’t be argued with, regardless of if that hurts your feelings or not.  Ann doesn’t blast widowed mothers, and merely holds divorcees up to the light so they can see themselves.  Most people DO get married too soon and most people get divorced just as quickly without really thinking about their kids and what they’re putting them through.  OH!  They CLAIM to, but the truth is they “just couldn’t put up with him/her anymore”.   Again, whether that hurts your feelings or not, it’s the truth.  And neither Ann nor myself are referring to women who are abused, so don’t pull that card.

The facts are that her book is more specifically referring to women who spread their legs and then act like they can’t imagine how this happened.  Pregnancy isn’t a virus!  You didn’t “catch” being pregnant.  These women entered into a volitional act with men who weren’t their husbands and don’t owe them one single thing.  THEN they pretend like they are somehow a “victim”.  Back on planet Earth, we refer to them as sluts and whores. Especially these women who have 3 and 4 kids with multiple men they have never been married to. 

No one, not even the morons on The View, could argue her statistics and facts.  The best they had was the she was “mean”.  Ummm….yeah, whatever.  I’d much rather someone be mean than get a free ride by popping out illigitimate children for tax payers money to support.  The facts are, if you can’t afford a child, you shouldn’t be allowed to keep that child.  What right do these women have to screw around and then expect to be “kept” by the American taxpayer? 

First of all, if they can find their way down to the local DSS office to collect welfare, food stamps and apply for Section 8 housing, then they can sure as hell head over to the health department for condoms and birth control.  After all, those are provided free of charge at the expense of the taxpayer, as well.  The only difference is, you don’t get to pretend to be a “victim”.  You actually have to work for everything else you have.  Novel thought  to some, I know. 

Can anyone really argue that the traditional family isn’t the better route as they defend these poor, unwed mothers who “somehow” found themselves pregnant?  They teach sex education in the SIXTH grade now.  They didn’t somehow find themselves pregnant.  They slept with some guy and he knocked her up.  SURPRISE!

And to all the “What about the Dad’s responsibility?” criers…Look, most men will sleep with anyone of fairly decent aesthetics that can form a cohesive sentence and we all know it.  Sorry, guys…we’ve seen you at Spring Break.  Unless they are your husband they don’t owe you ANYTHING and you know that going in.  Pro-choicers can’t have it both ways.  Either it’s a woman’s body and HER choice, or it’s not.  Since we all know that the court’s have now ruled that it IS her choice, then my suggestion would be that she should act like it.  You CHOSE to have sex with your body, now take some responsibility for it.

If you can’t afford that child, then do it a favor and give it to someone who can not only afford but would love it.  Love is a verb, not a noun.  Act like you love your kid and quit being a statistic.  I’ve read so many comments on blogs today about people who “know” a single mother and she’s a great person.  Really?  Why don’t you let their kid determine that, you don’t live with them.  Have you ever been hungry?  Have you ever read the statistics on how many single parent run-aways there are?  Or how many prison inmates come from single family homes?  If not, then hush…you don’t have a clue what you’re talking about.  TRY to get some knowledge and not be led around by your heart that is, obviously, able to be swayed by anyone’s sob story. 

Single mothers, not divorcees or widows, are  NOT victims.  Their children are the victims and it’s time that America takes a stand on this.  It’s time that Americans stop acting like this is fine and these poor, poor women are doing the “best they can”.  No, they’re not.  They could have kept their legs closed and made a different choice.  Please quit acting like they had no choice, because they did or every woman would be a single mom, correct?  It’s a choice, so they are NOT victims.

I don’t agree with most of what Ann Coulter says, but she hit this one on the head.  It’s time that we stop being so politically correct that we can’t look a woman in the eye who has 3 or 4 kids by multiple men, whom they’ve never been married to, and call them what they are:  whores and free loaders.  They are not victims, they are making victims out of their children and the American people.  It’s time to grow a pair and call them on it.

If you’ve got time for American Idol or Survivor, you’ve got the time to watch something of value and worth that affects us all!  Don’t continue to be led around like the sheep these men believe you to be.

Lies, Obama and the Federal Reserve…

It seems the American public is so accustomed to being lied to, they now just sit back and accept it.   It would also seem that most Americans are so apathetic that they don’t even care WHAT they’re lied to about, even when their money is being stolen directly from them and they know it.  It’s simply beyond comprehension that a country who could produce the likes of Thomas Jefferson, Martin Luther King, Jr, Abraham Lincoln, Ronald Reagan, Rosa Parks, etc.. would accept such blatantly horrific treatment.  These were Americans who stood up for what was right.  These were Americans who refused to accept anything as “truth” simply because someone told them it was in their best interest.  Where is the mentality that we don’t have to accept anything thrown at us?

First, we have a “bailout”.  This bailout has currently forcefully stolen 850,000,000,000,000.00  from the American taxpayer and NO ONE is telling the OWNERS of that money where it went?  Not only that, many banks are refusing to answer direct questions about where that money went.  Where is our outrage?  Where is the outcry that the Boston Tea Party sent out?  Where are the Americans who will not take this lying down? 

Here’s what JPMorgan had to say:  “We’ve lent some of it. We’ve not lent some of it. We’ve not given any accounting of, ‘Here’s how we’re doing it,’” said Thomas Kelly, a spokesman for JPMorgan Chase, which received $25 billion in emergency bailout money. “We have not disclosed that to the public. We’re declining to.”

Not disclosing it to the public?  That’s OUR money!!  Would we allow anyone to come in our homes and rob us blind and then expect nothing to be done about it?  I’d say, probably not, but at this rate, I couldn’t guarantee that.

Now we have Obama’s “stimulus” package.  I’m always amazed at the number of people who don’t have a clue what happened with that package.  The very banks that stole our money have given the American taxpayer’s a “loan” that includes interest to fund this “stimulus” package!!  So, in essence, they stole our money to keep their businesses from folding, then used that same money to give us a loan, plus interest?!?   They honestly think we’re that stupid and the American public is affirming that they were, perhaps, correct!

Also, I keep hearing far lefters say, “Well, if you don’t have a better plan, then shut up!”.  Well, I’ve got news for those morons;  Doing NOTHING would be a FAR better plan than the one that was implemented.  And just for the record, there WERE other plans on the table.  Quite a few actually, they just weren’t given any media attention because that would mean the American people would actually have been informed of what was actually happening BEFORE the legislation was forced through!!

Do most of you realize that Congress received the final draft of the stimulus package exactly one hour before being forced to vote for it?  Then after getting his “prize” from Congress, Obama took FOUR days of vacation without ever placing his signature to it?   Doesn’t seem like it was such a big deal if you can head out to vacation, does it?  Maybe getting it on his desk to assure his agenda was met was actually the big rush.

So many view Obama as their Savior from the mess that Bush made.  I have to admit, that actually DOES make me laugh out loud.  He hasn’t done one single thing he promised to do except spend more money in two months than Bush ever thought about spending.  Don’t get me wrong, I think they’re both playing on the same team.  There’s no such thing as Democrats and Republicans.  They are all in bed together.  It’s when the American people are going to wake up to this that I’m concerned with.

When is our freedom going to become more important to us than free handouts and false security?  When did our freedom begin to mean so little to us that we would allow anyone to impose speech restrictions on anyone simply because one or two groups of people didn’t like what they were saying?  Freedom means that even people you don’t agree with have the right to say whatever they’d like to say as long as you or your property aren’t physically harmed.  When did hurt feelings become an excuse to ban someone from saying anything?  When did different points of view become reason enough to force someone to stop speaking what they see as truth?  It’s created the divide in this country that has allowed many of our problems to be magnified and false problems to arise and divert us from our own best interests.

The TRUTH is that the government is forcefully stealing hard working citizens money to redistribute it as THEY see fit. The government is funding overseas abortions with taxpayer money. How’s that ANY benefit to the American people?  Forget the issues that go along with abortions for a minute.  How is that, IN ANY WAY, helping one single American who worked for that money?  We’re being forced to hold up private corporations who’s CEO’s have billions of dollars worth of property, private jets, luxury vehicles, etc…and told it’s in our own best interest!!  And all the while the working middle class is disappearing. I ask you…where is the outrage?  Where is the media coverage that this demands?  Where are the Americans who should be marching upon Washington and demanding some answers from a government that no longer works for the people? 

We experienced the largest mass brain washing I’ve ever witnessed in this past Presidential election,  and Barack was the perfect man for the job.  He appealed to all minorities, not just black people so stuff the race card for a minute. He appealed to anyone that was within the poverty level, no matter how they got there.  He appealed to middle class because he was well educated and charismatic.  It’s amazing that in all that appeal, he had absolutely NO job experience and his voting record showed every thing he “promised” to be nothing more than lies, lies and more lies.  And yet…the vast majority of Americans were caught up in everything he had to say.  How incredibly sad.

Now…we’re back to our money being forcefully stolen from us.  Now, we have our grandchildren in debt up to their eyeballs.  Now, we have Obama doing  just what his voting record said he would do and no one would listen.  He’s taking over public schools, even though their current record with governmental interference is abysmal, at best! He’s wanting to take over Americans health care, when every possible scenario says the government does not successfully implement any plan they introduce!!  He’s beginning work to alter the Second Amendment, even though he lies through his teeth when asked about it.  It’s public record, look it up!!

What’s even worse?  He supported the blank check that went along with the bailout.  Would anyone care to know what that blank check has currently been written for?  Right now, we’re in debt for a whopping 850,000,000,000,000.00!  That’s a lot of zero’s isn’t it?  That reads as 8.5 trillion dollars that the federal reserve has issued.   And the kicker?  The federal reserve has absolutely nothing to do with the federal government!  They have almost as much to do with our federal government as Fed Ex does!  It’s just a name to fool the masses.  The Federal Reserve is privately owned and they now own the American people as their slaves to pay off a debt we did NOT agree to and most don’t even know they owe!!!   Again, where’s the public outrage and outcry over this injustice by our own government officials who are propping up a privately owned bank that are making slaves of the American people?

I could go on with these quotes for pages and pages…and yet almost no one is aware of the crimes being inflicted upon us.  Moreover…it would seem that no one even cares as long as the person feeding us this BS is charismatic, saying what they want to hear and finishes in time for them to catch their favorite TV programming.

Barack Hussein Obama and ACORN…

I keep wondering when people are going to wake up to Obama’s blatant socialist ties, socialist friends and socialist voting record.  Perhaps they don’t want to.  But, I’m not going to stop yelling, I’m simply going to yell louder.

Barack Hussein Obama has slid under the socialist radar so often, most people have stopped caring.  Ever wonder if that’s one of the reasons that they started campaigning so early?  If they run this into the ground long enough, no one will actually care about the real issues, they’ll just want it to go away.  Kind of like a tooth ache.

For those of you who don’t know who ACORN is, then I’m getting ready to give you a little lesson, so listen up.  It’s important stuff.  ACORN is an acronym for the Association for Community of Reforms Now.  They hide behind their slogan that they are helping the “low-income” in America.  There are multiple levels hidden inside this one organization’s umbrella name.

They take in over 40% of their income from tax money.  That’s you and me.  They then use our money from nearly four decades of government subsidies to promote the welfare state, get illegal aliens federal loans, and bully corporations who won’t bend to them with bad PR until they receive documented funds from those corporations.  Once they receive the funds they need, they no longer have any issue with these “bad” companies.  Right now, they’re against Costco. Once they receive their money, they’ll have no problem with their business practices of not hiring illegals. Isn’t that just  Costco being honest, members of ACORN?  hmmm…….

ACORN settled the largest case of voter fraud in the history of Washington State just last July.  Seven ACORN “workers” submitted over 2000 fraudulent voter registrations.  The systematically went through the phone book and submitted these for illegal aliens so that the candidate that would most likely give amnesty would be elected.    They have been implicated in Ohio, Missouri and at least 12 other states for similarcharges.  In 2004, one man was given crack cocaine in exchange for his voter information that was then turned over to an illegal alien.  In March of this year,  in Philadelphia,  ACORN was accused of filing false registered votes for the Pennsylvania primary.  Those documents are currently with the district attorney and are under investigation.  The candidate they promote and back?  You got it, Barack Obama.

Barack Obama worked for this socialist organization and represented their Chicago based group while working as an attorney.  He has lead their leadership classes and has trained many of their current leaders on their policies.  Where is the media on this?  Why aren’t Americans knowledgeable on this?  Because they couldn’t have their socialist messiah getting that kind of press, right?   They are currently backing him for President of the United States of America.

For those of you that are as livid as I am about this  300 billion dollar “foreclosure rescue” bill that is being pushed through the Senate and into the House of Representatives, you’ll be glad to know that ACORN had quite a bit to do with the housing industries problems.  It’s all a part of the plan. 

Under the guise of “consumer advocacy”, ACORN has received millions from the HUD, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and has used that money to get loans for illegal aliens.  Ironically, ACORN also advocates interest only loans (which keeps the consumer from getting building any equity) and pushes for poor lending practices.  That seems at odds with one another, right?  Or does it?

The Bill that the Democratic Senate is pushing allows for over one billion of that money to remain with the government and allow them to purchase and fix up foreclosed homes.  Therefore, allowing the government to “rent” property to the American people.  How’s that for a Marxist idea?  The government isn’t for the people anymore because they are now making money on their own.  With OUR money, of course.  ACORN advocates illegal entry and pushes for illegals to buy federally funded homes, like the ones purchased with that HUD money.  Money that the American taxpayer paid in to protect themselves from schemes JUST like this one.

Recently, whistle-blower documents have connected their tax-exempt housing work with their politically motivated work.  It has revealed actual internal documents from the group that advocate and push for just such a happening.  All records obtained revealed that they primarily make their way into a group and then work internally.  There were direct links with their “housing” work and their electioneering activity.  Just this year, members of the  GOP have finally issued to have a court hearing to investigate these activities and the abuse of taxpayer funds.  Other internal documents revealed that one of their primary manifestos is to “create conflict with business targets outside the organization and to do so from within and via PR methods.”

ACORN received more settlements from business corporations than from all foundations and churches combined.   The budget for the “non-profit” organization was over 37 million in 2006 alone. 

Is it too little, too late?  With Obama being a card carrying ACORN member, have they already gotten their minion on the inside to begin to target American capitalism?  I know that this seems like conspiracy theorist stuff and I’m typically as cynical as the next guy about all that, but how many coincidences do we need to have on Obama?  How many times can this guy say, “I was unaware of those activities” and people buy it because the guy can string together a sentence? 

Obama has NO foreign policy experience and yet he’s getting lauded as the next best thing while we’re in the middle of a war.  A war I don’t agree with either, but it’s still one that we’re in.  He has sat in his Senatorial chair exactly 43 times to date.  Keep in mind, they don’t convene everyday and he was only a junior Senator.  He’s literally been there 43 times.  And in those 43 times, he has the strongest socialist record of any Senator in the history of the Congress.  WOW!  How’s that possible? 

He’s been to Muslim countries and attended Muslim schools as a child. That’s a fact, whether anyone likes it or not.  He’s a member of a radical, hate mongering church who’s pastor openly expresses that he believes that America is responsible for most of the world’s problems, including intentionally spreading AIDS in Africa.  That’s a fact and a direct quote. Look it up.   He’s got friends who are right now being investigated for fraudulent activities and is a card carrying member of ACORN.

Are we really that stupid?  Are Americans so incredibly disillusioned and lazy that they won’t research and find out more than the media  tells us or only learn what they want us to know?  

Maybe Americans no longer care for things like freedom and getting all the FACTS, not just what the media thinks we should know.  Maybe people no longer care if they have the right to home school their kids, or not get a food and gas allowance but earn the money you need for these things ourselves.  Maybe Americans no longer care if they have the right to earn money based on their hard work and dedication but would rather live by the Marxist code of  ”from each one according to their ability and to each one according to their need”.  I certainly hope it’s not Obama determining who’s need is greatest.  From the way things are looking, it certainly seems that way.

A solution to illegal immigration…

I’m forever preaching about the horrific impact that illegal immigration is having on American society.  The burden to the tax payer can’t be stated enough.   We have an immigration policy and it should be honored, both by the people entering the United States, and the government of the United States people.

I’m tired of the argument that food prices in America will go up if we deport all illegals.  Get a clue, already.  Statistics clearly state that only 4% of immigrants actually pick our produce.  Since they make up,  most government agencies agree, almost 27% of our population, that means your lettuce and tomatoes MAY go up all of a dime.  Deal already.

Illegals immigrants are NOT integrating into American society in a way that is acceptable to almost 70% of the population.  This is a republic and that means that they need to GO.  The minority can always move to Mexico and help them out if they’d like to do so.  If not, then shut up. 

Are you aware that the main cause of private hospital closings in the last 10 years were due to illegal immigrants?  Are you aware that almost 30% of LA county workers are illegal immigrants who DO NOT pay taxes?  Are you aware that they are pushing for Aztlan? (look that up if you don’t know what it is)  Are you aware that illegal immigrants are the primary cause for the population surge in the US?  Are you aware that almost 90% of ALL illegal immigrants participate in American taxpayer paid welfare programs that they DO NOT pay taxes on themselves?  (that’s stealing your money)

Here is a real, doable plan to move this country back toward what we should be:

1. First, every health department and welfare office in the United States of America will be required to see proof of citizenship, including but not limited to a birth certificate, before any food stamps, medicaid, medicare, section 8 housing, etc… will be given.  Under no circumstances is this step to be missed.  If you aren’t a citizen you may not participate in our tax paid programs.  You don’t pay taxes, so you can’t benefit from mine.

2.  Next, all landlords will be required to have documented proof that their tenants are either United States citizens or here on a work Visa, student exchange or something equivalent to those.  If they have $500-700 dollars per month to pay rent, they’re working somewhere illegally.  If we can’t get them at the work place, we’ll catch them here.

3.  All illegal immigrants in Federal and State prisons will be deported immediately in the quickest and most convenient way for the people of the United States.  If that means piling them into an eighteen wheeler and dumping them off, then that’s what will have to happen.  If any violent  criminal is found back in the United States of America after being deported, they will be placed on a chain gang for the remainder of their natural life with no pay and clean our roads, pick our produce and make our car tags.  They were given two chances and choose not to honor that.  They are obviously not able to be rehabilitated. It’s called the consequences of your actions.  I know that’s becoming a rare thing, but it’s time!

4.  No child born to illegal immigrants in the United States will have American citizenship.  This is merely a loop hole that our Representatives are refusing to handle.  It’s time that they do.  We are the ONLY country in the world who offers this stupid clause for anchor babies. 

5.   Any employers caught hiring illegal immigrants will be fined $25,000 per incident.  This money will be returned to the welfare budget of the county/state that the incident happened  to replace all that the criminals stole from that area.  There are Americans who actually NEED that money and the government assistance programs are almost broke.  Largely  because of these criminals crossing the border and stealing from our tax programs.

6.  There will be no translators provided at public institutions at tax payer’s expense.  If you can afford your own translator, they’re welcome to come with you to public schools, courtrooms, emergency rooms, etc… If you can’t afford your own, then you’ll have to learn ENGLISH and assimilate into American society.  If not, you know where the border is. Period.  This one is an absolute and I think it’s an embarrassment that it hasn’t been implemented yet.  Why are American taxpayers paying for the schools, the translators and the education of criminals kids who DO NOT want to learn our language?  It makes no sense at all.

7.  The fence along the US/Mexican border would be erected.  ALL OF IT.  The United States service men/women who are RIGHT NOW patrolling, again at OUR expense, South Korea’s border with North Korea would be brought home posthaste and assigned to the Mexican fence.  Any caught trying to cross illegally at ANY point other than the specified crossings, would be shot on sight.  We’ll assume you’re a criminal, drug trafficker or terrorists or you be would crossing at the areas that are fully monitored. 

The fence would have guard dogs along with the patrol as well as cameras that feed to the Internet at all times.  This way, citizens could do their part.  We could watch and report all activity that wasn’t within our Constitution.  After all, this country is run by the American people.  It damn time we took it back. 

Do something besides sit in front of the TV and eat!!  Call every Congressman/women, write them, email your Representative, unless, of course, you want your country to become Mexico…

And for all of you that are worried about that extra ten cents you MAY have to spend on lettuce, why not put all the criminals in state and federal prisons to work?  Wouldn’t that be much better than a bunch of convicted felons sitting around getting angry and contributing nothing to their society?  We’d have the same kind of labor, be teaching them a lesson and we wouldn’t have to use tax money to provide them with cable because they’d have plenty to do.  But, that’s another post, yes?

And for all those that want to add  that there are other illegal immigrants here besides Mexicans, I see your point and acknowledge the truth to that.  However, it’s believed that they make up less than 10% of all illegal criminals.  I would imagine if we implemented these plans, they would most certainly be affected, not to mention that they’d take the hint.  As in most things, the majority is what’s causing the problem and  is the area that should be dealt with most carefully. When we have to press 2 for Polish, we’ll deal with it.

I’ll end with a quote from Teddy Roosevelt that is still relevant to Americans today:

Please use my money to pay for your mortgage…

The government of the United States of America, the people that WE voted into office, have determined that they are going to save us all.  At least that’s what they’re telling us.  Are you buying it?  I’d say that they majority of sheep are most certainly buying it.

Congress has sent a bill over to the House of Representatives that is going to take our tax money and bail out people who bought something they couldn’t afford.  They’ve bought something that was bright and shiny and told in plain English (or just press 2 if you won’t learn our language) that in three to five years your big, bright shiny new toy wouldn’t be THIS much per month, but would be THIS much per month.  The payment on your new toy will go UP in a few years from this much to this much.  Now, they’re claiming they just didn’t understand and they were “tricked”.  Uh-huh.

That’s right, it’s their house.  It’s the house they bought that they just COULDN’T live without. They had to have it.  They knew they could afford it now with this nice low adjustable rate, but only HOPED that they would afford by the time that the rate adjusted.  Well, surprise.  They couldn’t afford it.  So, our government has decided that these people must have been tricked.  Surely, they were deceived by the big, bad mortgage companies and banks that follow FEDERAL regulations. 

Well, I say bullshit.  They weren’t deceived and they weren’t tricked.  They wanted to live higher than their means and they wanted to have the house off MTV cribs that they couldn’t afford.  They wanted it NOW and they got it.  They should have to pay the consequences. Period.

Let’s be clear, if you haven’t read my other posts and you don’t know this already, the government doesn’t make ONE RED CENT.  Not a dime.  That money that they are bailing these idiots out with is my money and your money.  The tax money that our government will be paying for this with is MY money and I don’t want to pay off some morons mortgage.

First of all, they received a good faith estimate.  For those of you who don’t know what that is, it’s the estimate of every dime you’ll be spending on your upcoming mortgage that you receive at the FIRST contact with your loan officer.  Up front and before you sign ONE thing.  Then you have 30 to 45 days to close.  During that time, you have an appraisal, possible a survey, possibly a home inspection, you meet attorneys and more time with your loan officer.  Each one of these people go over some portion of information that would let you know if this was or wasn’t a good, solid investment.  We haven’t even touched on if you used a Realtor and that they would go over ALL of this one more time.

Then, at the closing, you receive a folder that is around one inch thick that goes over every one of these things ONE MORE TIME.  In minute detail.  Your payment, your loan, your interest, your appraisal, your HUD statement, your good faith estimate (AGAIN), your interim interest if there’s any,  etc…  It’s NOT rocket science and it’s very clearly defined information.  They understood perfectly and they still choose to purchase these homes.  So, why is it that our government thinks that they have the right to redistribute wealth that way? 

This new bill would give, ya ready?, $300 BILLION (that’s this many zero’s 300,000,000,000.00) to people who made bad choices.  Can you even imagine?  And surely you haven’t convinced yourself that it’s a good thing.  Do you think the government is going to let that money just go away?  Smack yourself for me if you did.  They’ll just tax us MORE. 

And I’ll give you one guess as to who gets to fund these 300,000,000,000.00 in loans.  One guess.  That’s right.  Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.  Those are government owned entities.  So, not only do they get more tax money, they get the interest from OUR money on 300,000,000,000.00 dollars.  I just love typing our all those damn zeros!

I have one more warm, fuzzy that goes with this blatant socialist bill.  Gear up, you’ll need it!  The government is ALSO allotting itself quite a few billion to buy foreclosures themselves and fix them up for resale. So, what they’re saying is that they’ll pay off about 400,000 of them for people who were stupid and it’ll divert the American people from the fact that the government just opened the door to purchase housing that they can lease to the American people.  Closer and closer we creep to an Orwellian future. 

I’m sure they’ll rent them at a very cheap rate, too.  At first.  Once they have enough of them, they’ll shoot the rent up and then what?  We’ll have people getting government housing allotments, government food allotments, living on government owned land, having Universal Health Care where the government owns the doctors and all our medicines, etc…  See a pattern?   And just for you Obama, we want change, chanters, he’s one of the biggest proponents of a socialist United States. 

This bill also provides much more relief for those that don’t need relief.  It provides for more than one billion in investor loans that not only will receive a reduced interest rate for purchasing these homes but will also give them a tax credit.  Do you know any investors with that much cash who need a tax break?  Seriously?   And what’s more, it calls for property tax relief for people who don’t itemize.  HUH?  That means that people who have a home that’s paid for, and AREN’T getting foreclosed on, just got another tax deduction.  So, the people who REALLY need the deduction will be making that up on THEIR taxes. 

They are taking from the American people and making most of us dependent in some way on them.  Now, they are taking our money and paying off people’s homes that they can’t afford by their own poor choices.  You know what?  If we continue to allow this crap, maybe we really ARE too stupid to make our own decisions….

George W. Bush hates white people…

I realize that I should probably apologize for that atrocious title, but I find that I simply can’t do it.  I find myself making comparisons to Iowa’s recent disaster and New Orlean’s Hurricane Katrina disaster every time I pick up a paper.   Where’s Kanye now?  Hell, for that matter, where’s the Jolie-Pitt clan, and the Sean Penn’s of the world?  Do they only show up for Chavez and welfare abusers?  It’s almost enough to make you question their…intentions.   But, surely they wouldn’t only show up when the cameras roll out…right?

I keep waiting for all the bleeding liberals to demand that THEY get to fix the problem, with OUR tax money, of course.  And where’s Iowa’s mayors?  Wasn’t that New Orleans one standing in the street screaming like a welfare mom for someone to come help him great entertainment?  And certainly excellent for Reverends Jackson and Sharpton.  Surely there’s something like that to keep us angry, disillusioned and glued to the news.  Or…maybe not.  That’s why you won’t hear much more about it in the future.

So, I feel like it’s important that I write something here that will make people think about something other than the politically correct driven crap you’ll hear from the TV.  You want to know why you haven’t heard about just how awful it’s been in Iowa?  It’s not good TV and it’s not good for the current trend toward socialism in the United States. 

Iowans are picking themselves up by their bootstraps and are more concerned with fixing the problem than if FEMA’s going to show up with a shiny new trailer.  They are more concerned with orchestrating new fields for their corn and soy than if they are going to be relocated, for free (that reads as YOUR tax dollars for people who didn’t and don’t want to work in New Orleans!), to a Chicago hotel for 10 months. 

Do you wonder why we aren’t seeing photos and newsreels of looting, killing and raping?  Well, that’s because, to date, there hasn’t been a single case reported.  NOT ONE.   Are you wondering where the Dixie Chicks, who claim to be from “rural” America, are?   Where’s Spike Lee to help claim that the government must have blown up the levees in Des Monies?  They must be vacationing. 

Or maybe it’s just that when regular, hard working Americans do what they do best, there’s just nothing left to say.  Maybe it’s a lesson that they aren’t ready to learn yet.  When times are hard, you work.  Period.  That, in a nutshell, IS the American dream.  It’s not a hand-out or a free ride.  It’s about doing your best, working your hardest and never, ever, giving up.  It’s got nothing to do with color or George W. Bush.  Those Iowans would have been doing the same thing with or without FEMA’s help.  Obviously.  Either you’ve chosen to have a welfare mentality or you’ve chosen not to.

So for all of you out there who’ve forgotten what it’s like to be truly American…take a long hard look at the recent flooding survivors in Iowa.  They’re a perfect picture of what we used to be.  However, if you’re looking for the “change” that’s coming…remember New Orleans and all the “victims” there.  Being a victim is a choice.  So is being a survivor. 

I know which choice I intend to make.  A big thank you to all the Iowans out there. Thank you to Governor Culver for not declaring that God wants a “vanilla” Iowa.  Thank you to the farmers who saw this as a challenge, not a total failure.  Thank you to the rural, Iowans who know that George W. Bush isn’t hating white people today, nor black people after Katrina. 

Shit happens.  It’s how you handle it that determines who you really are. Waiting for someone else to come and fix your problems just makes you a leech and frankly, deserving of whatever you get.  It’s each individuals own responsibility to do the best that they can with what they’ve got.  So maybe, just maybe, George Bush DOESN’T hate black people, Mr West.  Maybe it’s just time ALL people get off their butts and start taking care of  their business and quit having an entitlement mentality.

Or I could be wrong and maybe he just hates all wet people…

Let there be Light…

I know a lot of Christians who aren’t going to like this post.  I thought it would be best to get that out of the way now.   And I’ll preface my post by  saying that I am a Christian myself. 

I was recently subjected to a rant about the absolute calling that all Christians have to stand up and demand that the United States government get itself some morals.  Ummm….isn’t the government an entity that’s for the people, by the people?  And at last check, ALL the people aren’t Christians.  Not to mention that most of the men and women in the Legislative, Judicial and certainly the Executive branches of our government suck at implementing religious creeds.  Who am I kidding?  They suck at implementing almost everything.  What in the world makes Christians think they’ll do a great job at upholding personal values for other people?  Insanity.

The person vomiting their religious spew upon me was quite adamant that all Gay’s should die, all abortionists are headed straight to hell and that anyone who would not drop to their knees and profess that the Bible is absolute, and literal, truth was within mere moments of a sulfuric and outstandingly hot future.  But most important in their religious rant was that the government should be the one to implement such policies, posthaste.  Well, I’m fairly certain that God Himself isn’t interested in turning over His job to the United States government just yet.  So, I’ll tell you the same thing that I told them…

First and foremost, the government isn’t capable of preaching ANY gospel, much less spreading any good news.  It’s not what they are designed for nor is it what they are responsible for.  The United States government’s job encompasses nothing more than promoting the general welfare and providing for the common defense of the American people. Period.  They are not in place to promote any one religion.  The thought is absolutely ridiculous.

I then explained to my shocked audience of one that it’s not that difficult to look around and see that the James Dobson’s of the world are causing more harm than good.  If it’s homosexuality that the Christian fanatics want less of, then perhaps they should look around and see the way they are going about it is all wrong. 

Ten years ago, there weren’t gays kissing on TV and the institute of marriage wasn’t under such scrutiny.  So how’s that homosexual hate working for you, guys?  Catch a clue, already.  And don’t give me the “it’s the devil” crap.  It’s not the devil, folks. It’s asking an entity to promote an individuals decision.  It hasn’t, and won’t, ever work.   That’s good old fashioned stupidity.  See the difference?

And besides, why do you care who’s sleeping with whom?  How’s it affecting you in any way?  Well, I’ll tell you how it’s going to affect you soon if you don’t shut up.  Once the government can become involved in gay marriage, they can also become involved in your straight one. That’s how it works.  The door is open for the government to come in and tell you what you can and can’t do in your own bedroom.  Hell, in my state oral sex is already banned.  How is that any business of the state and federal governments?  

And about abortions…are people still getting diverted from the real issues by getting hung up on this one?  Face it, if women want to spread their legs and then not take personal responsibility because they couldn’t say no or were too embarrassed to buy some latex, they’ll get pregnant at some point.  Nothing the law ever says will stop abortions.  Nothing.  These pathetic women will just go to some butcher and do it that way.  It’s history people. Pick up a book occasionally. 

Political and religious aspirations won’t stop abortions and Christians and other religions are chasing their tails trying to get their views passed.  And what’s more…they’ve already lost one time. You have heard of Roe vs Wade, right?   Take the blinders off and realize that abortion platforms are smoke screens to hide the issues that are taking away your freedoms and your civil liberties. 

Now, on to the good stuff.  When Christians began their crusade to push the government into handling religious issues, what they actually accomplished was in forcing the government to really listen to every single personal issue to come down the pipe.  How would  Christians feel if we were forced to travel to Mecca once in our lifetime?  How about our kids being forced to kneel five times a day facing east while attending a school that our tax money paid for?  Sounds crazy, right?  Well, isn’t that exactly what you’re demanding everyone else who doesn’t believe in Jesus do?  I have news for you, that sounds just as crazy to someone who doesn’t believe the way that you believe.  And they are and will continue to fight that.  It’s their American right to do so and I’m glad of it.

Pushing personal views into the public arena is what got prayer taken out of school in the first place.  If you’d hush and allow people to live their lives and make their choices, you’d still be able to pray.  Are you ever going to learn?

It’s time that true and genuine light was shed on some of these issues.  Jesus didn’t try to change the government. It’s what the Israelites wanted then, too.  He changed the people.  He touched individual lives. Not the government.  That’s what we’re called to do, also.  We’re not called to run around trying to make the government do something that’s our job.  How lazy and pathetic is that?

It’s time that fanatical Christians stop shooting doctors and start volunteering their time at pregnancy clinics. It’s time that denominations aren’t talked about as much as truth is talked about.  It’s time that fanatics stop demanding that everyone do things THEIR way and start doing things the way God said to do them.   And it begins with us.  It begins with personal responsibility and eyes that are wide open.

Look around and really see.  Look around and recognize that the problem isn’t in laws that adhere to truth and dignity.  It’s when people stop adhering to truth, grace and dignity that we’ve had such a problem.  The light on a hill wasn’t referring to Capital Hill. It was referring to individuals.  It’s time to quit following along like  sheep and become individuals again. 

It’s time that people recognize that you can’t push yourself and your views on someone else.  God Himself can’t even do that…

 

Jeremiah Wright and I, have a dream….

Jeremiah Wright and I both have a dream.  Granted, they aren’t the same one.  Mr. Wright has once again reclaimed the spotlight for his 15 minutes and he is positively tickled pink.  Not to mention, completely and utterly insane.

Rev. Wright is on the race path once again.  This weekend, while doing his little tour, he seemed fairly…normal.  Then, in a rather shocking display, he once again makes Obama wish he’d sent this village idiot on a trip to…..say…Africa?   Sorry, couldn’t resist.

This morning during the National Press Club meeting, Rev. Wright, summarily lost his mind.  With ranting and raving being a polite way to describe his loss of control, he once again, showed his truest colors.   During the question and answer period of this mornings performance…er…meeting,  Jeremiah Wright has quite possibly ruined Obama’s chances for winning over the middle class working white man.  Which, whether he likes it or not, is relevant in an American Presidential election.

-”I stand before you to open up this two-day symposium with the hope that this most recent attack on the black church is not an attack on Jeremiah Wright; it is an attack on the black church. … The most recent attack on the black church, it is our hope that this just might mean that the reality of the African-American church will no longer be invisible.”

WOW!  I was unaware that Christ left a “black” church and a “white” church.  I thought that Christians just served the ONE God.  Perhaps the Rev. should get a clue.  HE’S the problem.  And don’t you just hate people who talk in third person?   Pompous much?

“God doesn’t bless everything. God condemns some things. And dem, D-E-M, is where we get the word damn. God damns some practices and there’s no excuse for the things that the government, not the American people, have done. That doesn’t make me not like America or unpatriotic.”

You’re right, Mr. Wright. God DOESN’T bless everything.  He really hates judging. That’s His job from everything I’ve read.  God doesn’t particularly care for haughtiness or unforgiveness either.  And let’s be clear.  You’ve got nothing to forgive, Rev.  You were never a slave. You don’t know any slaves. You aren’t related to anyone who IS a slave.  And you’ve never seen slavery.  Get over yourself, dude.  Seriously.

I’m sure God’s glad to hear he’s got two groups to house when they get there. I’m quite sure, He’ll be shocked to hear it.

I’m always amazed when I hear this type of racism.  I’m amazed at a man who has millions of dollars scream about his mistreatment.  I’m floored that people actually eat it up.  Because I see things totally differently.

I see affirmative action as an insult.  Don’t get me wrong, it may have been warranted at one point.  For about 15 minutes or so.  Affirmative action only gives affirmation to racism and allows it to continue.  It basically implies that anyone of any minority is too stupid and pathetic to make it on their own. Which simply isn’t the case. It implies that ALL whites will discriminate. Which simply is NOT the case. 

The NAACP is a complete embarrassment to anyone of color.  How can you possibly be proud of Rev. Wright or Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton?  These men are complete and utter morons that Martin Luther King, Jr. would be humiliated to be associated with.  Do you know anything at all about what Dr. King stood for?  Have you researched this man at all?   It’s mind boggling.

What exactly do you want Rev. Wright?  What exactly are you looking for?  In his pathetic show he states that Britain has apologized for slavery.  Where’s the American apology?   Are you retarded man?  Seriously?  Slavery has been over for hundreds of years.  It’s over.  Get a grip.  No one in America owes you anything. It’s THAT mentality that has kept anyone in the black community down.  Nothing more and nothing less.

Did Tiger Woods need affirmative action to succeed?  How about Oprah?  She’s practically her own religion and she’s bitching about how “her people” are mistreated.  That’s gonna work better if you AREN’T the richest woman in the world, honey. Get a new line.  How about Micheal Jordan?  or Condoleeza Rice?  or Colin Powell?  or Tyra Banks?  or Halle Berry?  The list is endless. 

It’s time to end racism in EVERY form.  That starts at home Rev. Wright.  So, I too, have a dream.  My dream is that you’ll have a massive heart attack tonight and get yourself out of the gene pool.  You’ve caused enough damage with your 15 minutes.  My dream is that the black community will listen to Dr. King’s I have a dream speech and pretend you don’t exist. Just maybe, you’ll go away.

My dream is that we’ll lose the Ms. Black America and just have Ms. America.  My dream is that we’ll lose BET and just go for everybody TV.  My dream is that America will eventually get over the past, while not forgetting it. 

My dream is that someday we all really will be judged by the contents of our character and not by the color of ANY of our skins.  That would mean you couldn’t have a “black church” Mr. Wright.  Because then…..it would just be church.  You and Jesse and Al couldn’t have that though, could you?  It would mean you were out of a job.  After all, who wants to hear an angry, black man in a church about love and togetherness?  Couldn’t have that for a minute, could you?

It’s time that we all wake up and tune these kinds of men and women out. Let them know that we as Americans will no longer stand for someone who consistently blames color for poverty.  We need to scream and yell that we will no longer allow people to stand and falsely accuse someone of going to jail based solely on their color. If they committed a crime, THAT’S why they’re going to jail.  Every heard of personal responsibility?   Try it on for size.

I think that Rev. Jeremiah Wright loves the black community almost as much as O.J. Simpson loved Nicole….

 

 

 

 

 

Can you smell what Barack is cooking?

I decided that instead of just despising everything that Barack Hussein Obama stood for, I’d research him a little and see what I could find that I didn’t already know.  Turns out, there was quite a bit.  Some not as bad as I thought, the rest….well, it was much worse.

It turns out that Barack really isn’t a closet Muslim. I think we all knew that. It also turns out that he isn’t quite the good old boy that he portrays himself to be either.  I think we all knew that, as well.  Well, except for those really hard core, almost sad, doe-eyed followers. They probably still think he’s the quintessential mixed kid that made good after a life of hardship and prejudice.  They won’t believe anything else anyway, so I’ll just ignore them altogether.

He really was born in Hawaii to an African father and white American mother.  That’s a real African there. Not an “African-American”.  Whatever the hell that is. His father left his mother when Barack was 2.  His mother, while continuing her education, met and married Barack’s step-father.  A lot of Barack’s truth seemed to stop there.

His step-father and mother then moved young Barack to Indonesia.  It was here that the fanatical Muslim rumors got started.  He really did go to a predominantly Muslim school for a while. Indonesia is predominantly Muslim so that’s no surprise. It wasn’t a fanatical school then or now.  However, he also attended a Catholic school while in Indonesia.  He’s been quite clear that his mother really didn’t care one way or another about religion.  I think his real views align rather well with hers.  While he may attend Mr. Jeremiah Wright’s church, I think it’s fairly clear that he’s mainly interested in the black power that’s preached there. Someone in Barack’s position doesn’t have ”mentors” that they don’t know exactly where they stand. 

At age 10, his mother then sent him back to Hawaii to live with his grandparents and attend Panahou School.  It was here, that Barrack says he experienced racism.  Before we cover that little gem though, let’s be clear on all these schools that poor underprivileged Barack attended.  Every single one of them were and are, private, expensive schools.  In Indonesia, Barack’s school was the same one that the highest official in the land sent his grandchildren to.  Barack’s step-father was an oil merchant.  He did not suffer.

The Hawaiian Panahou School that he attended was and is one of the most elite in the country. They are consistently ranked in the top 10 schools in the United States.  Barack maintains that he attended there on a scholarship. And you know what?  Yes, he did.  After attending the first year, he did receive an academic scholarship. He in no way received aid of any kind. They do not accept it.  His statements are intentionally misleading.  I’d say they border closely with lying.  See, him and Hillary really do have more than socialism in common.

While in Panahou School, Barack maintains that he was exposed consistently to racism.  Now, I’m not sure how much you know about Hawaii, but I’d say that’s pretty far fetched.  Hawaii has one of the most mixed and diverse populations anywhere in the United States.  There’s a mix of virtually every kind on those islands.  I’m not saying he NEVER heard a racist comment.  But, I would say to him, join the club. There’s not a person on the planet who hasn’t heard one or two.  Some more than others, but I’d be willing to bet, he isn’t one of the ones who’d fall under the “more” category.

Now…let’s get to his “political” career.  Barack is a lawyer.  He used that to his benefit in 1996. That was the year that Barack ran for his first Democratic primary.  He was essentially, unchallenged.  Illinois is a Democratic state. Flat out.  So he’s never really faced any Republican challenge at all.   The original Republican just dropped out of this race and the party basically  threw Alan Keyes, with no money, into the mix.  Barack then challenged every piece of paperwork the other Democrats filed in the hopes of finding any that was incorrect.  I’d say that there isn’t a piece of government paperwork that is EVER correct and he knew that.  All three of the other Democrats had mis-filed their petition paperwork and were eliminated.  Barack Hussein Obama is now the “winner”. 

While it could be argued that he was “right”, I’d disagree. I’d say he won by bureaucratic default.  Aren’t elections about who the people want?  Without a single vote being cast, he’s the only guy on the field. Doesn’t seem very American does it?  He was placed in position by “election officials”.  Nice!

During his Presidential campaign, Barack has, time and again, quoted Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.  Who, in my opinion, is one of the greatest men to ever live.  Oddly enough though, it’s Malcolm X with whom Barack most closely related until his bid for the Presidency.  Obama has said, “His repeated acts of re-creation, spoke to me.”  Well, he is all about “change”.  It was during his college years that he began to really relate to Malcolm X and began to go by Barack Hussein Obama instead of the “Barry” that he was called from his childhood. 

Now, let’s be clear.  I don’t care if he’s more about Malcolm’s way or Martin’s way.  What I do care about is that until he began to run for POTUS, he never mentioned MLK, Jr. Not once, ever.  Now, because most of America can identify more with one than the other, he changes his tune.  However, I do not believe for one minute that he has changed his mind about which one of these men he more closely identifies with.

Barack Obama has, in all the ways that matter, lived a privileged life.  Swanky, private schools.  International travel.  Harvard Law School.  An uncontested first Senate run.  Plenty of money, family and education. 

How can this man and his wife, never have been proud of their country?  For you two people out there who haven’t heard about it, Barrack and his wife, Michelle, have stated on more than one occasion that this is the first time they can be proud of their country.  WOW!  So, you weren’t moved when we negotiated the Cold War and brought down that wall?  You weren’t impressed in the tiniest bit to know that we landed on the moon?  Or when we showed up in Sri Lanka after the Tsunami?  You don’t feel the tiniest shred of pride when you see how many people benefit from our medical advancements?  When those towers fell, you weren’t impressed at all with how all American’s united and wept?    Hmmm…..

So the only time you’re proud is when a mixed man with every monetary benefit in the world has an opportunity to be President?  I’d say that’s not saying much about you then.  And certainly doesn’t say much about the people who are rushing to hear your crap.

Can you smell what Barack is cooking?   It’s a little charisma, with a little aesthetically pleasing, a lot of charm, a pinch of lies and a huge heaping of bovine scatology.  And I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to be fed that no matter how it’s seasoned. 

I haven’t even touched on Barack’s little tendencies toward socialism.  It was Karl Marx who said that religion is the opiate of the masses and Obama who said that bitter, small town people cling to religion.  I’d say narcissism may be Barack’s opiate, but that’s just me.

I haven’t touched on his multi-billion dollar bill for Africa.  I haven’t touched on his comments that middle American is mostly just hung up on God and guns.  I haven’t touched on his penchant for intentionally leaving out his white heritage.  I haven’t touched on his incredible tendency to say one thing and actually do another.  I haven’t touched on his rather ghastly array of pals.  One or two with a past of bombing American buildings. 

Barack Obama is second only to Bill Clinton in his ability to completely avoid the question.  His lack of experience is simply astounding for someone running for the most powerful position on the planet. It’s time to wake up and smell the coffee America.  This man is NOT the man for President.  Stop voting with your uninformed heart and engage your brain.
